The room was spacious, with a small kitchenette and separate area for the kids, allowing for comfort. We loved the peacefulness, enhanced by nearby Merimbula Lake and Spencer Park for family outings. Friendly staff were a plus, but the overall cleanliness needs improvement.

The location is fantastic and amazing, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a small theme park. Plus, this hotel is close to center of the city.

What an beautiful overnight stay at Sapphire Waters Motor Inn! The surroundings and views are lovely, with clean, spacious rooms and friendly owners. The comfortable bed and great shower made it a perfect retreat after exploring nearby landmarks like Short Point Beach and Merimbula Aquarium, just a short stroll away. The outdoor pool and BBQ facilities were fantastic for family relaxation. We'll definitely be back!

As a single traveller I love the family rooms. Sounds strange I know, but the motel feels familiar and very friendly and of course economical. I love this place and will always stay here.

we recently had a wonderful stay at sapphire waters. the queen suite we booked was spacious and had a balcony with a lovely view. the room was impeccably clean and tastefully updated, while the modern bathroom added a nice touch. we appreciated the quiet location, which was close to shopping and restaurants. the amenities for takeout were handy, and the free wifi was a bonus.

absolutely great hotel with incredible location right on the edge of the road. location short walk to township, everything, the cleanliness and presentation, and trucks and cars driving passed. for tea or coffee visit nourish wholefoods & cafe nearby.

I had a wonderful stay, as my room was spacious and had a lovely back balcony with nice water views. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit.

The kitchenette was well-equipped with a microwave and mini bar, making it convenient for light meals. The bathroom was comfortably sized, and I loved the small dining table and sofa. The highlight was definitely the balcony, where I enjoyed large glimpses of the water. everything was clean, comfortable, and provided a generous supply of toiletries.
